After Christmas Sales

Who doesn't love finding a good deal?  I did a little "After Christmas" shopping and came home with some great finds!  I shopped around a little in while in Pinehurst, Chattanooga, and Atlanta over the break.  Most stores were offering a discount on top of their already reduced sale price....who can pass that up?  Check out the new additions to my wardrobe.....
6. Forever 21 color block turtleneck $5.00
7. Gap navy polka dot pant

While in Chattanooga I ventured into The Cosmetic Market in Warehouse Row shopping center.  The sales lady swore by this cleansing foam I purchased.  I'm not one for expensive skin care products, but the older I get, the more I think maybe I should start treating my skin.  So I treated myself and my face by purchasing this $70 bottle of cleansing foam (number 15 below)!  Here's to hoping it transforms my skin!  As you can see, I also purchased some other random products to try out.

10. Amanda Uprichard color block dress $84.80
11. Under Skies hi low cream top $49.00
12. Forever 21 gray rhinestone sweater $22.80
13. Forever 21 black cardigan $7.50
16. Zara cream knit peplum cardigan $69.99

Santa was very good to me and brought me these items:
23. Nike Victoria shoes
24. J. Crew skirt
25. Gap boyfriend ruffle plaid shirt
26. Bric's blue weekender
27. YSL mascara
28. Nars Stella
29. Benfit Boiing concealer #2

Before Christmas I had an Art and Jewelry show at my home.  This piece by Ashley Terrell just looked too good in my dining room not to keep.   So I bought myself a little pre-Christmas gift as well!  As you can see from all my new additions I had a wonderful Christmas and I hope you all did as well!

Holiday Gift Guide: Kids

In celebration of the holiday season, we are putting together a few gift guides this week. We have a variety of guides for everyone on your list! Check back each day for some gift-giving inspiration! We are starting with Kate's kid gift guide- enjoy!

Toys, toys, toys!  I love buying gifts for kids during the holiday season,  especially since I have one of my own now.  We are looking forward to Christmas morning this year, even though at 10 months old, our son will probably be more into the paper and boxes!  There are so many great gifts out there to choose from but these just happen to be a few of my favorites!  December is here and the Christmas countdown is on!
1. Wish I had this back in my day! The Playhouse tent from Land of Nod, comes in many color options.  I just love the style and shape of this one and the fabric is adorable.

2.  Wooden grocery cart from Pottery Barn kids-  I am always drawn towards the modern wooden toys. This one is nice with the canvas basket and chalkboard details.

3.  Musical play set from Giggle- Of course anything loud and musical is so annoying around the house, but always a favorite for the little ones!  Whatever keeps them happy, right?!

4.  White sherpa anywhere chair from Pottery Barn kids- It comes in many color options and monograms, but this white one just happens to be my favorite!

5.  Play tunnel from IKEA-  Looks like it is not available to purchase online but I picked one up in the store this week for only $14.99!  You cannot beat that IKEA price.

6.  Plush elephant rocker from Restoration Hardware Baby & Child- Comes in several other animal options but of course any Alabama fan needs the elephant one, right?  ROLL TIDE!

7.   Double seated red wagon by Radio Flyer- These wagons have come a long way from the flatbed metal ones we had.  Some come with seat backs, cup holders, and canopies...who doesn't love a little red wagon?

8.  Every little girl needs a dollhouse and this wooden Fold and Go Dollhouse set at Land of Nod is adorable.

9.  And for little boys a....... Fold and Go Farm set.
