Pimm's Cup

Lately, I have had the itch to take a weekend trip to New Orleans. I am not sure how soon this will happen with baby Matthew here now, but hopefully before the end of the summer. Anyway, one of my favorite things to do while there is to make an afternoon trip to the Napoleon House. They are famous for a drink called the Pimm's Cup. It is so cold and refreshing which makes it a treat during the hot summer months.  If you have never been to the Napoleon House, you should go. It's one of the most famous old bars in America. This is what the Pimm's Cup looks like...

Here's the Recipe:

Fill a tall 12oz glass with ice and 1 1/4 cup of Pimm's #1
Add 3oz of Lemonade
Top off with Sprite or 7up
Garnish with a Cucumber
